Chromatotec Solution

Control of natural gas odorization during transportation and is critical for civil security. The Chromatotec's analyzers come in an "Exp" or "Exd" cabinet enclosure to meet hazardous conditions requirements. Chromatotec also provides field type analyzers for in-situ applications.

Exp/Exd : Industrial Cabinet Enclosure

"Exp" and "Exd" cabinets integrate industrial gas chromatograph for the analysis and monitoring of impurities in ambient air, pure gas, natural gas and gaseous fuels.

Display with color screen is integrated on the front door of the cabinet and trackball is fixed on the top of the cabinet for direct access of the analyzer computer without the need to open the cabinet.

With inbuilt gas generator for producing carrier gas and other gases, the auto-GC (Gas Chromatograph) inside the cabinet is totally autonomous and cylinder free. Only electricity is required for operation.

H2S/TOS TS MEDOR : Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S), Total Oxidized Sulfur (TOS) and Total Sulfur (TS)

H2S/TOS TS MEDOR is a GC (Gas Chromatograph) instrument for online continuous sampling which allows quantification and identification of H₂S, TOS and TS. It is designed for process control application and very specific to sulfur compounds with no interference.

energyMEDOR : Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S), Mercaptans, Tetrahydrothiophene (THT), Sulphides and Total Sulfur (TS)

energyMEDOR is good for pipeline integrity monitoring where level of H₂S and TS (total sulfur) are required to be tracked during the extraction of raw natural gas (NG) and following processing.

energyMEDOR is designed to continuously identify and quantify individual target sulfur species in gaseous fuel with automatic calibration and validation.

THT MEDOR : Tetrahydrothiophene (THT)

THT MEDOR is a specific version for automatic monitoring of THT (tetrahydrothiophene) in natural gas with TBM (tert-butyl mercaptan) in option. Automatic calibration uses permeation tube of DMS (dimethyl sulfide) or THT.
