BAM 1020 Continuous Particulate Monitor

The BAM 1020 from Met One Instruments is a continuous particulate monitor which automatically measures and records airborne particulate concentration levels (in milligrams or micrograms per cubic meter) using the industry-proven principle of beta ray attenuation.

The BAM 1020 was the first instrument to obtain USEPA Federal Equivalent Method (FEM) designation for continuous PM2.5 monitoring, in addition to its longstanding USEPA designation for PM10 monitoring. The BAM 1020 has also obtained the corresponding PM2.5 and PM10 certifications in the European Union (EU). Two BAM 1020 units can also be operated together as an USEPA designated PM102.5 coarse method.

E-BAM PLUS Environmental Beta Attenuation Mass Monitor

The E-BAM PLUS from Met One Instruments is a portable and real-time beta gauge which has USEPA approval for PM10 particulate measurements. The E-BAM PLUS is able to satisfy users, regulators and members of health communities by providing truly accurate, precise and real-time measurement of fine particulate matter automatically. It is a rugged, portable and battery-operated package that is easily deployed and operational in only 15 minutes.

E-Sampler

The E-Sampler is a dual technology instrument that combines the unequalled real-time measurement using light scatter with the filter method as an accuracy standard. The light scattered by aerosols in the air is proportional to the particulate load in the air. Scattered light is collected by precise glass optics and focused on a PIN (Positive-Intrinsic-Negative) diode. Rugged state of the art electronics measure the intensity of the focused light and output a signal to the CPU (Central Processing Unit).

Remote Dust Monitor ES-642

Met One Instruments Remote Dust Monitor ES-642 is an industrial air quality sensor designed to provide real-time particle concentration measurements in both indoor and outdoor environments.

ES-642 measures particulate concentration using a highly sensitive forward scatter laser nephelometer, which has a measurement range of 0 to 100 mg/m3 (0 to 100,000 μg/m3). As supplied, the ES-642 provides total suspended particulate (TSP) particulate monitoring. Optional sharp-cut cyclones are available for PM1, PM2.5 or PM10.

SASS and SuperSASS Speciation Sampler

The SASS and SuperSASS Speciation Samplers are designed to comply with and exceed USEPA speciation requirements. Two models provide a choice for compliance monitoring: SASS (a 5 channel sampling system); and SuperSASS (an 8 channel, multiple event sampling system). The SASS conforms to original USEPA requirements and the SuperSASS adds benefits suggested by state and local authorities.

E-SEQ-FRM Sequential Reference Particulate Sampler

The E-SEQ-FRM Sequential Reference Particulate Sampler meets the regulatory requirements for PM2.5, PM10, and PM10-2.5 sampling methods. The E-SEQ-FRM accommodates up to sixteen (16) 47-mm diameter filter samples and may be pre-programmed to a flexible, user-defined sampling schedule, permitting more than 2 weeks of unattended daily operation.

The E-SEQ-FRM features an easy and intuitive event manager that permits programming of up to 16 independent sampling events. Optional modem/communication packages allow for remote access of stored data via RS-232 interface. Data is also quickly and easily retrieved with a USB (Universal Serial Bus) flash drive.
